Return Policy

We want you to adore your purchase, but if your package arrives and you aren't entirely satisfied, please refer to our return policy below:

  1. Initiating Returns: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us via email at amber@iloveboutique.com.au or call us at 0448 188 749 to begin the process.
  2. Return Costs: The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
  3. Options for Returns: Choose your preferred outcome for the return:
    • Exchange: You can exchange for a different size or item at the time of return.
    • Store Credit: We offer store credit, which can be utilized both in-store and online, which has a 3 year expiry.
  1. Exclusions: Please note that sale items and swimwear cannot be returned.
  2. Exchange Procedure: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, kindly provide a prepaid postbag with the returned item.  To return your product, you should mail your product to: 59 Lannercost Street, INGHAM QLD 4850, Australia.

Please note, all store credits are valid for 3 years from date of issue. 

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is deemed faulty, you will be offered a refund.
